Spring is here, and many families will be traveling. Here's a delicious recipe that takes very little time. It tastes great whether it's fresh and hot or if you pack it in a cooler for the next day.

Take a boneless chicken breast. Cut it into strips and marinate them in any Italian salad dressing for about half an hour. Cook them any way you like (baked, grilled, broiled, fried in the same dressing, or roasted over a camp fire). Use the rest of the unused dressing on a salad with baby spinach from the grocery store. Add some carrots, onions and anything else you like. It' s quick, easy, and delicious.
