Gas Saving Tips for Your Auto • Monitor tires. Under inflated tires or poorly aligned wheels waste fuel by forcing theengine to work harder. • Avoid sudden accelerations and decelerations. Breaking gently wastes less energy. • Combine your trips to save time and fuel, try to travel when traffic is light so you can avoid stop-and-go conditions. • Shut off the engine to conserve fuel while waiting for friends and family. • Observe speed limits. Boch Family Recipes Grilled Chicken Breasts
• Take a package of boneless chicken breasts. • Beat an egg in a bowl for every two or three breasts. • Cover a large dinner plate with seasoned bread crumbs. • Dip the breasts in the beaten eggs, then roll them in the seasoned bread crumbs. • Throw them on the grill over a medium to low flame.The eggs and breadcrumbs will keep the chicken moist.
