Quaker State Synthetic Oils out perform Conventional Oils
Quaker State Synthetic oils are typically better; they keep the engine cleaner with improved sludge, deposit and varnish protection. They help reduce overall engine wear at extreme operating conditions, they help protect the engine better when it's running under high temperatures and provide better cold temperature starts. Properly formulated synthetic oil such as Quaker State Q HorsePower helps reduce the friction in an engine to help maximize horsepower and fuel economy.

Quaker State Synthetic oil typically costs more then conventional oils, but is the choice of anyone who wants to use the best products for protecting their engine.

Fall Car Care Tips
Flush and fill your cooling system
Performing a routine flush and fill is quick and easy, and it's cheap insurance against engine failure. Don't assume that simply draining your radiator is enough. To do the job right, you need to flush the system with a radiator flush product, not just plain water, to remove stubborn rust, grease, and sediment.

Replace your radiator hoses and hose clamps
Replace any hoses that have brittle, spongy, or bulging areas. If the hoses are more than four years old, replace them regardless of their condition. As the corrosion inhibitors in your antifreeze break down, the radiator hoses begin to deteriorate from the inside out. Don't wait until a hose breaks to find out that you were overdue for replacement.
