Contest Rules
- Participating dealers and its promotional agents are not responsible for late deliveries
due to U.S. Postal or other delivery services.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Every recipient hereof who presents themselves to the participating dealer, during
contest days and hours, shall be eligible, along with other entrants, to enter a
cash contest for a $10,000 guaranteed cash prize.
- Valid dates are may 8 through Aug. 10, 2008.
- Must register in person at Boch Honda to win.
- Registration forms provided at each of the participating dealer locations.
- One winning entrant will be drawn on Aug 13, 2008 at 3:00pm or as close thereto as
convenient, from all entrants to the monthly cash contest.
- The random drawing will be by an agent of Let’s Play, Inc., or may be delegated
by Let’s Play Inc. to a third entity.
- Only one entry per contest, per household, is allowed. Any person making more than
one entry in the contest will be disqualified from winning.
- The winner is responsible for any and all taxes (local, state, or federal) which
might apply.
- Employees of participating vendors, dealers and its promotional agencies are not
eligible to enter the contest.
- Monthly cash contest entrants from this promotion will be combined with other monthly
cash contest entrants from other Let’s Play Inc. promotions.
- One entrant is selected from the combined entrants to win the monthly cash prize.
- The odds of winning the $10,000 monthly, cash prize is 1:1,000,000.
- Chance of winning may improve due to response.
- Winner must be 18 years of age or older.
- Void where prohibited by law.
