Additionally, you will be making outbound follow up calls, but no cold calling. Finally you must be team oriented and dedicated to the companies growth and development. Qualifications: BDM’s must be professional and have superior phone and writing skills with a focus in customer satisfaction. Product knowledge training will be provided for the right candidate. He/she is well organized with superior follow up skills. He/she has a fundamental understanding of the Windows 98 operating system. Business Manager - The Business Manager provides finance and insurance programs to new-and/or used-car and/or -truck customers. Qualifications: College degree or equivalent experience in finance. Cashier - The Cashier receives payments from customers and employees and accurately records the amount received. Must always represent the dealership in friendly, professional manner. Professional appearance. This position may be combined with the Receptionist position in some dealerships. Receptionist - The Receptionist answers and routes incoming calls, takes accurate, thorough messages and provides basic information to callers. He or she is the dealership's front-line contact with the public and must always represent the dealership in a professional, friendly manner. Delivers messages to employees clearly and quickly. Qualifications: Must speak clearly on the telephone and present a professional, competent image to callers. Professional appearance. This position may be combined with the Cashier position in some dealerships. Bookkeeper - Entry level bookkeeper needed for our central accounting department. Intermediate bookkeeping skills and general ledger. Must have basic computer skills and 1-2 years previous experience. Automotive experience preferred. Title/Billing Clerk - The Title/Billing Clerk process sales transactions. Verifies information for the accounting department and prepares legal transfer documents for the state department of motor vehicles. Qualifications: Two years of general office experience. Automotive accounting experience preferred. Registry Clerk - Talented individual to handle registration of new and used cars in very busy dealerships. Experience with the DRIVE program a big plus. Qualifications: Two years of general office experience. Automotive accounting experience preferred. Rental Agent - We are the most customer friendly auto rental operation in New England and you can be part of it. Prior rental experience helpful, good computer skills required. Service Manager -
It's the Service Manager's job to run an efficient and profitable service department. He or she must operate the department at maximum production, control costs, build a loyal clientele, maintain good employee relationships, set and reach sales and profit objectives and maintain service records. New-Vehicle Prep Technician - The New-Vehicle Prep Technician inspects and services new vehicles as they are delivered to the dealership, making minor repairs or adjustments as necessary. Delivers vehicles to customers. Qualifications: Two years of experience as a technician's helper or apprentice in an automotive dealership. Knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance. Manual dexterity. Good judgment. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Lot Attendant - The Lot Attendant verifies receipt of new vehicles delivered to the dealership and parks vehicles in the new-vehicle lot in a safe an orderly manner. Warranty Clerk - The Warranty Clerk prepares, records, and reconciles warranty claims and submits them to the factory and distributors. The Parts Manager must run a profitable and efficient parts department through proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staffing, security, pricing, merchandising, displaying, and advertising.
