Sales and Leasing Consultant -
The Sales and Leasing Consultant sells and leases new and pre-owned vehicles to meet dealership sales, profit and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications: High school diploma or the equivalent; college degree a plus. Excellent communication skills. Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards. Valid driver's license with good driving record. Professional appearance. Service Advisor - The Service Advisor schedules service work and suggests additional work needed to customers. Qualifications: High school diploma or the equivalent. Two years of experience in a dealership position. General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Professional certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) preferred. Sales experience preferred. Business Development Manager - This position is a professional position responsible for maximizing all internet and phone inquires opportunities. Strength in both appointment setting and building product value are required. In our Business Development Center you will be extensively trained to answer customer questions and schedule appointments for them to visit the dealership. Additionally, you will be making outbound follow up calls, but no cold calling. Finally you must be team oriented and dedicated to the companies growth and development. Qualifications: BDM’s must be professional and have superior phone and writing skills with a focus in customer satisfaction. Product knowledge training will be provided for the right candidate. He/she is well organized with superior follow up skills. He/she has a fundamental understanding of the Windows 98 operating system. Business Manager - The Business Manager provides finance and insurance programs to new-and/or used-car and/or -truck customers. Qualifications: College degree or equivalent experience in finance. Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures. 3 plus years in a high volume dealership. Excellent communication skills. Computer knowledge preferred. Professional appearance. New-vehicle Sales Manager - The New-Vehicle Sales Manager assists the General Sales Manager in planning, organizing and measuring the activities of the new-vehicle sales department. Used-vehicle Sales Manager - The Used-Vehicle Sales Manager assists the General Sales Manager in planning, organizing and measuring the activities of the used-vehicle sales department. Maintain a well-balanced used-vehicle inventory; appraises, displays and merchandises vehicles. Qualifications:High school diploma or the equivalent; college degree a plus, One year of used-vehicle sales experience; supervisory experience preferred. Professional appearance. Vehicle Lot Attendant - The Used-Vehicle Lot Attendant moves customer or company stock vehicles, handles small deliveries between the dealership and corporate offices. Qualifications: One year of experience as an automotive helper. Good judgment. Valid driver's license with good driving record. Neat appearance. Cashier - The Cashier receives payments from customers and employees and accurately records the amount received. Must always represent the dealership in friendly, professional manner. Will be trained on dealership computer systems, cash register and other office machines. Qualifications: One year experience operating a cash register. Ability to work well with customers. Professional appearance. This position may be combined with the Receptionist position in some dealerships. Receptionist - The Receptionist answers and routes incoming calls, takes accurate, thorough messages and provides basic information to callers. He or she is the dealership's front-line contact with the public and must always represent the dealership in a professional, friendly manner. Delivers messages to employees clearly and quickly. Qualifications: Must speak clearly on the telephone and present a professional, competent image to callers. Professional appearance. This position may be combined with the Cashier position in some dealerships. Bookkeeper - Entry level bookkeeper needed for our central accounting department. Intermediate bookkeeping skills and general ledger. Must have basic computer skills and 1-2 years previous experience. Automotive experience preferred. Title/Billing Clerk - The Title/Billing Clerk process sales transactions. Verifies information for the accounting department and prepares legal transfer documents for the state department of motor vehicles. Qualifications: Two years of general office experience. Automotive accounting experience preferred. Registry Clerk - Talented individual to handle registration of new and used cars in very busy dealerships. Experience with the DRIVE program a big plus. Qualifications: Two years of general office experience. Automotive accounting experience preferred. Rental Agent - We are the most customer friendly auto rental operation in New England and you can be part of it. Prior rental experience helpful, good computer skills required. Strong customer service skills necessary. |

Service Manager -
It's the Service Manager's job to run an efficient and profitable service department. He or she must operate the department at maximum production, control costs, build a loyal clientele, maintain good employee relationships, set and reach sales and profit objectives and maintain service records. New-Vehicle Prep Technician - The New-Vehicle Prep Technician inspects and services new vehicles as they are delivered to the dealership, making minor repairs or adjustments as necessary. Delivers vehicles to customers. Qualifications: Two years of experience as a technician's helper or apprentice in an automotive dealership. Knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance. Manual dexterity. Good judgment. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Lot Attendant - The Lot Attendant verifies receipt of new vehicles delivered to the dealership and parks vehicles in the new-vehicle lot in a safe an orderly manner. Qualifications: Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Good judgment. Valid driver's license and a good driving record. Warranty Clerk - The Warranty Clerk prepares, records, and reconciles warranty claims and submits them to the factory and distributors. Qualifications: Two years of experience in a general office position. Some knowledge of automotive parts. Ability to use computer, calculator and microfiche machines and to read vendor catalogs. Ability to communication effectively orally and in writing. Reynolds and Reynolds a plus. Parts Manager -
The Parts Manager must run a profitable and efficient parts department through proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staffing, security, pricing, merchandising, displaying, and advertising. Will be trained on the dealership's computer system. Qualifications: High school diploma or the equivalent. One year of supervisory experience and one year of experience. Parts Counterperson - The Parts Counterperson sells parts to customers over the counter, through the shop or on the phone. Qualifications: High school diploma or the equivalent. Parts Driver - The Parts Driver delivers and picks up parts equipment for the dealership. Will be trained on parts department's computer inventory system.
